Please bring posters with you to the meeting. We cannot accept advance mailed, or electronic versions of posters. Posters must be A0 portrait format.
Please provide presentations in PDF, or PowerPoint format to conference support staff before your session.

At the conference
Subject to demand, we may be able to offer childcare for attendees. If you are interested in this please get in touch with the committee as soon as possible.
Baby Care Room
We welcome children and babies at the meeting with attendees. There will be a private feeding room available for the duration of the meeting. Baby change facilities are also available within the unisex accessible toilets.
Space will be provided for any delegate requiring time away from the conference
The Newcastle University Campus is an accessible campus, with ramps, disabled access doors, toilets and lifts. The building and event spaces include induction loops for those requiring them.

All data gathered and held on attendees will be treated in compliance with the 2018 Data Protection Act (DPA) and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The committee and organisers are dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. Conference participants found to be harassing other attendees will be required to leave the meeting with no refund at the discretion of the organising committee.
